Shipping policy
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:
- France (domestic): 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes MoReniCo is based in France. For orders shipped within the EU, VAT is included in the price. For international orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MoReniCo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
